I am a Joint PhD student in Public Policy at Georgia State University (Andrew Young School of Policy Studies) and Georgia Institute of Technology (Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Public Policy). I am on the 2026-2027 academic job market.
My research focuses on health policy and health economics. I study how policy changes, health shocks, and provider behavior influence health care access, decisions, and outcomes. My work has been published in JAMA Pediatrics and Health Services Research. Currently, I use quasi-experimental methods and large administrative datasets to investigate substance and opioid use disorders, population health, and treatment utilization.
Outside of my research, I am an avid bubble tea reviewer🧋; my current A-list recommendations include HeyTea and MollyTea.
